Pastor Alan Kretschmar has served St. Paul’s since 1988. He was a 1984 graduate of Concordia Seminary, St. Louis, Missouri. He is married to Wendy and they have two adult children: Laurie who is married to Nate Dillman who are blessed with their first child, Herschel; and daughter Rachael. “Pastor K” grew up in Texas and is often seen wearing his trademark, western boots. He also enjoys the hobby of photography.

Mrs. Kretschmar is a graduate of Concordia University in Chicago, IL. She currently teaches a variety of subjects in grades 5-8 and directs the Alleluia Choir. Her favorite subject to teach is 6th grade Social Studies. She is working on her Masters degree in Educational Technology. Her outside interests include golf, watching tennis, spending time with her family and reading. Mrs. K has always attended Lutheran Schools and she understands the commitment and sacrifice of families choosing to send their children to St. Paul's.
